Mail server changes

Last week a small percentage of users experienced issues with the spam filters SmarterMail uses (Cyren) rejecting some valid emails. This was due to changes made by Plesk in v12.5  that created incompatibilities with V15 of SmarterMail. After consulting with SmarterTools on a permanent fix they have suggested reverting back to v14.6 until Plesk patches the incompatibility issues.

From 2am onwards on 30/04/2016 we will be backing up all mail files and re-installing v14.6. This will create no loss of functionality for users as the v15 ugrades are mainly administrator related. There should be minimal disruption to the mail servive during the changeover which will occur sometime around 4-6am.
